I most often use sex toys alone but my husband likes to join in on occasion.

I'd have to say about 50/50 ... as a couple they add a twist and spice to sex, and well alone is alone unless you have a toy ... lol

LOL!  To quote Woody Allen:  "Hey, don't knock masturbation! It's sex with someone I love."  Using a toy can be sex with someone you love, too. It depends how much you like the toy. :)

I love using my toys with a partner. I feel that I get more satisfaction when I use them with my partner and it's fun!

I try everything I get with my husband, although some days I am shyer than others. It shocked me that he really likes to see me using toys.

That's not surprising!  Men are very visual and watching a partner can be a very intimate experience to share. But women also can be very visual!  That may be another topic we should discuss... Are men really more visual than women?  What do you think?

I have only gotten into toys in the last couple of years myself and wouldn't know how to introduce it into a relationship.

Have him pick out a toy that he'd like to try on you. I will admit that I was very shy to introduce toys into my marriage but he was all for spicing things up more.

Wynter has a good point. Tell him you want to try something new and fun but want to get his opinion. You can always look online together so you are not feeling shy or uncomfortable at a store.

I made it easy for BigBear, I told him it was for 'research'.

I got introduced to toys through Dan, because I wrote a review for him.  He wanted more reviews, Bear and I recieved a greater education into toys.  Bear has some that he prefers to play with now, and others that I use 'just for me'...

There are times though that we don't use them at all for days.  Even went almost 2 weeks once! LoL

All in the name of research!  :)  It's great to have the flexibility and comfort to use them together or alone.  And it can be more exciting to bring them out again after they have been in the toy box for a while!
